Everybody loves fries, but there’s something extra special about a side of onion rings.
It seems that onion rings are a little tougher to get just right, too. When they’re done wrong, you get a greasy mess with breading that doesn’t want to adhere to the onion. Done right, and they’re golden rings of heavenly goodness.
