Sheree is so flipping stupid. Her ex-husband is the father of her children but he’s not providing for them in any way, and that to me is not being a father. She should have said “file it” to Phaedra. In many ways all the stress that she’s now facing in court with Bob is her fault because she’s too lenient on him.

Waaaaaiiiiitttt a minute…Sheree has waited 4 years to try an get child support??? Between her & Kim I don’t know who is more money hungry. I just find that shocking if this is truly the first time Sheree has tried to get chil support from him because he actually should be paying it. I don’t know about alimony because why should anyone have to support anyone else if they’re broken up-but you DO need to take care of your kids. I hope Phaedra can do what she promises!

@TmoBerry81 I would have filed it a long time ago. He said he maintains a lifestyle when the kids are with him. For a long time, he didn’t even respect the visitation and didn’t bother seeing the kids. They are his kids too. He needs to contribute to their upbringing the same as her. shit. I’m with you one hundred percent. I wouldn’t have shed a tear for Bob’s dumb broke ass either.

And the system FINALLY changed; it’s no longer bail that must be raised to be released — a nominal fee for court and processing fees aside– the only way to get out is to pay a predetermined % of what is owed in child support – of which there must ALREADY be an order on the books as decreed from Divorce or Child Support Court, otherwise, release is contigent upon the usual factors. It’s NOW in the best interest of the child…
