The former Atlanta mansion of media mogul Tyler Perry that was made famous after being featured in TV and film productions, including Perry’s 2005 hit movie, “Diary of a Mad Black Woman”, is now on the market.
Perry built the home on Cedar Grove Road in 2003 and sits on 11 acres featuring six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, an infinity pool, a gym, a tennis court, and a state-of-the-art theater. The mansion was sold at auction to a private owner in 2023.
According to Fox 5 Atlanta, the home, which has been officially listed on the realty market for $3.9 million, is now being sold along with a 1973 Rolls Royce and a 1975 Ferrari.
