Judge dismisses lumber lawsuit aimed at Home Depot

The Home Depot isn’t cutting corners with its lumber dimensions.

That’s the ruling from a federal judge in Chicago, who dismissed a lawsuit accusing the Atlanta-based home retail giant of deceiving shoppers about the size of its four-by-fours. (Full ruling here)
