The developer of a project along Perimeter Center East in Dunwoody, Ga., is ready to make another run at approval.
Grubb Properties has a public meeting the evening of July 31 on its mixed-use plan for nearly 20 acres at 41, 47 and 53 Perimeter Center East, according to Reporter Newspapers. In March it withdrew a rezoning request for the property.
Grubb seeks rezoning from Office Industrial to PC-2 (Perimeter Center subarea 2) for a project with offices, retail, housing and an open park area.
