New Georgia basketball coach scores first major recruiting win

The University of Georgia basketball team have taken a step back on the court under the direction of new head coach Tom Crean, but the coach scored his first major recruiting win on Monday.

Anthony Edwards, who stars at Holy Spirit Prep School in Atlanta, announced today he will go to school at UGA, picking the Bulldogs over perennial powerhouse Kentucky. Kansas, North Carolina and Florida State were also among his Top 5.
