APD ARRESTS: The Atlanta Police Department, in collaboration with the Cobb County Police Department, has charged five people in connection with the February 17, 2019, home invasion in Cobb County and subsequent burglary of Icebox Diamonds & Watches at 3255 Peachtree Road in Atlanta. The arrests were made on March 22, 2019, as investigators served arrest and search warrants at two locations in Atlanta. During the early morning operations, four individuals were taken into custody. A fifth individual was already in custody at the Fulton County Jail on unrelated charges. The arrestees are 38-year-old Jose Hernandez Pearson, 44-year-old Tameka Lashon Croskey, 34-year-old Gregory Andrews and 31-year-old Meisha Sims. The son of Tameka Croskey, 29-year-old Crysell Croskey, is the suspect currently in custody on unrelated charges. All are facing numerous felony charges to include burglary, theft, narcotics and weapon charges. Additional charges will be forthcoming in Cobb County.
These arrests were the culmination of countless hours of hard work and collaboration between investigators with the Atlanta Police Department and Cobb County Police Department in close partnership with the Fulton County District Attorney's Office and Cobb County District Attorney's Office.
