  1. When it comes to shooting, Steph Curry ISN'T "ONE OF" he's the ONE, THE ONLY ONE….just something to keep in mind young lady.

  4. Monta Ellis was leading the team in Steph's rookie season. Young was his team's main pg and distributor. Not really the same situation.

Yall gotta try to find something huh lmao steph the goat trey passes better cuz hes the only option scoring wise so if your a pg it should be ez to find the open man lmk when he go like6years str8 making unbelievable shots from damn near halfcourt while shooting 50 40 90 and about 6ast a gamethen I'll listen

  6. Curry could have exploded much earlier if not for those ankle injuries he suffered. The only reason Trae was drafted is BECAUSE of Steph Curry and what he’s done for the league. But credit to Trae. He had a great rookie year.

  7. Just hope he isn’t another great PG that never wins a title. Nash, Stockton, Paul, Rose, Wall, Westbrook, Lillard. Getting that ring is no joke.

  8. i would say that the hawks didnt win or lose the trade for luka. only because they most likely will end up with two top 10 picks, likely a 5th and 6th pick.

so they currently seem to benefit in this luka/trae trade, it just depends on how great luka will be to determine if they won the trade

  11. Don’t forget steph spent 3 years in college while Trae was a one & done. Trae will be a top 3-4 pg by his 3rd-4th season

  14. Yall still trying to compare them two……two different systems and play style cause they both like the 3….he more of a passer than steph not as good as a shooter….n he next 2 or 3 years will tell how good he'll be cause teams adjust

  20. I compare Trae more to Steve Nash he has unlimited range and can score from anywhere but he has a better court vision than Curry i think he can become an all star next season if he shows improvement and consistently

  21. I’d agree with Klay but you already got baby Klay in Kevin Huerter…. let him develop

  22. I don't think Klay would want to play with a bunch of nobodies.

  23. Yeah put up those stats without context, then highlight assists to take attention away from the gaping chasm that stands between them on shooting accuracy.
    🙄

  24. All I'll say is 'Differently'.
Trae looked like a much better passer and a true-er point guard, but also a bit too much of a gunner at times and an extremely inconsistent shooter

Curry's shot never was a question, and the only things that seemed to hold him back scoring was his glass ankles, his coach not placing full confidence in him, and his sharing the court with Monta Ellis.

Curry was a better and more consistent scorer; Young was a better passer and bolder player.

  27. Steph was playing with Ellis in his rookie year… Kidding me… Trae dominated the ball… Offense run thru him… Not the same situation

  28. Trae Young will go down aa the best shooter and PG of all time. FActs!

  29. Chiney Ogwumike is terrible. Explosive nature from the perimeter? Offensively knocking down threes? One of the most gifted shooters of all time? Some head-scratching contextual word choices there. Then ignoring efficiency completely to talk about counting stats? No mention that Trae shoots the 3 about as well as…Draymond Green? So if Steph's strength is one thing while Trae's is another (passing) why are they similarly "right there"? I mean most savvy fans already know the semblance, but she hasn't given proper reasoning here. The screen flashes significantly different efficiency stats (43.7 vs 32.4), she talks about how Trae's game is more pass-oriented, but yet the comparison is "right there"?

  30. Steph Curry’s rookie season stats are comparable to young’s and he had a monta Ellis on his team and the game was slower than today’s game let’s not inflate trae’s stats please

  33. So if a player has more assists then that makes them a better passer or will be. Watch the games of both of theyre rookie season and come back correct

  42. That draft day trade had to do strictly with want and need. Not player for player. So I don’t understand why commentators ask the question “do you think it was a good trade?” The Hawks helped Dallas out by drafting Luka with their 3rd pick (and possibly some money 💰 or future 2nd round pick), because Luka wasn’t going to be available at the 5th pick which was Dallas’s. Dallas then drafted Tre at the 5th pick for Atlanta in a planned draft day trade. Dallas had a want and need for Luka and Atlanta had a want and need for Tre. Both teams got they’re player’s with no regrets either way.
